New Emage guarantees satisfaction with your custom website design. Our guarantee is backed up by fully understanding your website's needs right from the start. Before we start with the development phase, we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your custom design and provide you with the initial concepts and revisions purchased on your package. If you are not satisfied with the initial design/s and decide you do not want to continue with the revisions, you will be entitled to a full refund. We work hard to make sure that this event does not happen, however please take into consideration that revisions are Required in order to fully customize the design and get exactly what you want. This process takes feedback from you and assures our clients satisfaction.

After we have a design approval from you, we move on to the programming phase of our process. Any more revisions needed after this phase will cause an extra charge on an hourly rate. Please do make sure to clarify any design changes prior to this phase.

The final step (if service was purchased) would be to promote your website to search engines. There isn't a company in the world that can promise to hit #1 spots on Google all the time for X amount of keywords. As part of every website design package purchased with New Emage, we will Optimize your website so that it moves up in as many places as possible.  Your search engine placement will depend on the competition, website ranking, and other external factors as well.
